Excellent Service Experience

I had a problem with the rear cargo door closing after somebody bumped me on the freeway. Made an appointment and dropped the car off. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. They called me an Uber. Jessica stsyed in touch when needed. Paet had to be special ordered, but I had some regular maintenance done. Jessica sent an Uber to pick me up when the car was ready. In and out again in 15 minutes.

I have noticed a big improvement with the service dept, the waiting time has greatly improved, went in for a sticker and was only there 20 minutes or less, had my car in for 10,000 mile check up and they said about an hour and it was less, in the past the waiting times were LONG, nice improvement! All staff are friendly and accommodating. It was Very busy when I brought my car in, there was a line to get in to the service dept and still the wait time was less, I don't know the 2 service techs names but they good and they get a 10!

I’ve been coming to Sterling Nissan for years. Not just to buy cars, but for service. When it comes to service, I am very picky. Their customer service far exceeds any other places I’ve been. Joel was my advisor and I’ve had him several times and each time he makes me want to come back. Some places you go make you feel like you’ve been ripped off, but I feel confident in coming to get my car serviced at Sterling McCall Nissan. They have great employees. Very pleased with the thorough and diligent job. Replacing the radiator hoses was also very much appreciated. The entire job was replace all belts in particular the timing belt. I also appreciated the three old belts in the back of my truck so I could see that I had brought the vehicle in just in time! The 12,000 mile/1 year warranty is an indication of why I take all critical service work to Certified Toyota Mechanics. Great Package!

Buying my new vehicle at Bob Howard Toyota was a great experience. The dealership is beautiful; very open and clean and they had a large inventory of vehicles to choose from. Stephanie Vaughan was our sales person and we couldn't have been happier with her product knowledge, friendly personality, patience with our indecision, and follow-up. It's important to ask questions in the finance dept. There was some confusion with the added warranty price but everything is being worked out and we are happy. We were calling around to find a specific car and color that we wanted to buy. Had call all the way to this dealer ship and they had what we wanted. Drove an hour and a half to here to see the car. We met tanner the sales guy who went straight to showing us our car. We were determined for that one and only that one, work on a deal and got straight to financing. Had a good time with both sales and financing overall. Definitely worth our drive all the way here. Oh, they also delivered our car for us because of some trouble with the car, so they brought it to us the next day. Save us the long drive over again!

Kyle Adcock has sold me three vehicles over the last 10 years. Easy to deal with. All details handled by text or email. Maybe one phone call. Fair price and minimal haggling. They matched my best offer from another dealer. Kyle kept his word on the price once I got up there from Ada. Was out the door in a couple of hours. Declined the extras (leather protection, extended warranty, etc) offered by the finance guy. Only hitch was finance guy had wrong interest rate on loan documents. He had to adjust the paperwork from 5% to 1.9% as was agreed to when I walked in. Left without a trace of a headache. Highly recommend Kyle and Bob Howard Honda.

Took my 2017 Tundra into Gene Messer Toyota for 10,000 mile oil change this morning. Joe Owen was outstanding. Answered a couple of my questions I was concerned with. During inspection of my vehicle, my AC filter was found to be dirty so they replaced with another at a reasonable cost. I was in and out in 30 minutes. Super fast service. The service was exceptional. I had to have my windshield replaced due to a rock and seeing as my car is not even 6 months old I was very upset about the damage. I felt good knowing it would be replaced by Honda, and since I have sensing technology, knowing it was calibrated by Honda. It looked great, was fixed on time and I was very well taken care of by Angie! Also, the price was in line with the same work done with aftermarket brand at a glass repair company- so glad I went with Honda, though. I would recommend this dealership for service 100%!

Decided to swing by to look at a few used vehicles and happened to cross paths with Ricardo. He built rapport with me and my partner, made us feel at ease, and most important not overwhelmed. Very professional service from Gene Aloi

I found several cars that interested me on the Courtesy Nissan of Richardson web site. They have large selection of models/makes at below average prices. I made an appt. to see the vehicles that evening with Client Adviser Gene Aloi. One was sold shortly before I arrived, but was able to test drive one of the other choices. It was in excellent condition and handled well on the test drive. Gene ask me questions about my current vehicle and my reason for trading vehicles. We spent a good deal of time together, and I felt no pressure from Gene. That was a big positive as that would have been a turn off. I left with the understanding that I would review options and get back to him. I decided to keep my current vehicle for now, but will not hesitate to contact Gene when I am ready to purchase and/or to refer friends now.

Having forgotten to make my 20K service appointment, I decided to drive in and see if I could be helped. John was extremely polite and professional, smiled and said he would do the best he could to accommodate me. The service took about an hour, which I felt was more than acceptable given the circumstances. The bottom line is he made me feel as if I mattered and that is important to me. From the time I walked into that door, the staff was very nice with me and had the best positive attitude I've seen in many other dealerships. The technician should pay better attention when reporting the car problems into the multiple check points report. Problems aren’t accurate in my experience. I have been to Bob Howard Nissan twice to service my car and I have had a pleasant experience both times. I had a great experience with the service I received recently. I came in for an oil change and wanted my tire pressures checked. The place was busy but was still waited on promptly. My service advisor Michelle, was extremely helpful. On inspection of my car, they found that my rear breaks and rotors needed to be replaced. When Michelle went over the costs involved, I told her I couldn't really afford it today due to being retired and on a fixed income. She left to go check on something and returned with a couple of coupons that would apply to my total bringing it down to a more reasonable price that I could afford. Michelle was so wonderful to deal with. I almost always get good service but not always told about current coupons. Michelle went an extra mile for me and I am forever grateful.

Sean Johnson was amazing at helping me with my appointment Friday morning. I needed to take care if 3 recalls on my 2014 Rogue and do an oil change but I couldn't stay there and wait all day. Sean wasn't working on Saturday. We juggled a few ideas around and I brought my car back later that afternoon to leave it over night. I purchased my Rav 4 new at this location and have only used Ira for any maintenance needs. The car has never given me any issues because of me always having the dealer service it during the suggested maintenance cycles. My only issue is that I miss the enclosed computer room. I use to be able to work remotely and without distraction while having my car serviced. When talking to coworkers I use to tell them about the room and how it was a perk to getting their car serviced at this location. Working remotely saved me from having to use vacation time off to get my car serviced. Please bring it back.

State Safety Inspection

I was advised that a problem with the front brakes was discovered during the inspection. The service advisor, Tyler Cotter, took me into the garage to see the issue while the car was still on the lift. He demonstrated the problem and listed some possible solutions which could be identified only once the brakes were disassembled for a detailed inspection. I had a WONDERFUL experience at Bob Howard Nissan. I had been shopping at other used car shops during the day looking for a Nissan rogue. I was convinced shopping at an actual Nissan dealership would only cost me more money on a vehicle and, to be honest, I didn't want to have to deal with the pressuring salesmen. I am a Toyota fan all the way so you can imagine te shock and disappointment when my wife's 2017 with 36,000 wouldn't start while I was out of town. Beside the minor inconvenience of her being stranded until I got back into town (we weren't eligible under the 2 year road side assistance program anymore), we got the Highlander into Sterling McCall Toyota and Steven not only helped me get the battery under warranty, but he also pointed out that the tires were really worn out. I had an awesome experience on Saturday. I had called the day of to make an appointment to go in and purchase a car. I spoke to Wayne on the phone.
